This is always hard to do but I'll go first. 1. Portland Trail Blazers 2. San Antonio Spurs 3. Los Angeles Clippers 4. Oklahoma City Thunder 5. Dallas Mavericks 6. Phoenix Suns 7. Golden State Warriors 8. Utah Jazz 9. Houston Rockets 10. Memphis Grizzlies 11. New Orleans Pelicans 12. Sacramento Kings 13. Minnesota Timberwolves 14. Denver Nuggets 15. Los Angeles Lakers

Clippers Spurs Thunder Blazers Warriors Rockets Suns Grizzlies Hornets Mavericks Jazz Lakers Kings Timberwolves Nuggets The whole West will be tough though. Wouldn't be surprised if Jazz or Hornets actually got 8th.

They will be a home court team if lance fits well and they are on the same page. Probably a year out from that kind of chemistry.
That could be possible. I think top 6 are locked in, barring no injuries. 7-8 is a toss up between 5 teams. (Phoenix, Utah, Dallas, memphis, and NOLA)
You seem to be forgetting that Westbrook has been injured each of the last two years. I'm not convinced his body is capable of playing as hard as he will have to to carry that team to a winning record for 2 months. Then you wonder how they handle Durant coming back. I don't think you just throw the reigning MVP out there unless he is 100%.
I pick the Thunder to finish 4th. Certainly Durant can rally them to HCA in the last 4 months of the season. No one picked the Thunder to finish first.
