How this piece of shit wasn't charged with murder is anyone's guess. I mean seriously, you wake up & hear a noise coming from the bathroom so you.........

#1 Check beside you to see if your girl is next to you?
#2 When you get to the bathroom door you say, "Honey is that you"?
    #3 Call the Police
#4 Put 3-4 shots blindly into the closed door & just hope its not someone you know.

I'll tell you, If I'm ever charged with a serious crime I want his judge. 5 years & probably sleeping in his own bed in 10 months. BULLSHIT!

Pistorius is a POS punk. Why he felt he had to kill her is beyond me. Did he not have any communication verbal skills?

If one simply no longer cares for their beau, then why live with them, let them go.

Oscar's girl was the epitome of a attractive very good looking, model quality woman. Had she of been a painting hanging on the wall of the Louvre, Oscar would spend his life in a dungeon, for destroying and defacing, a National Treasure for the ages......

"Look all ya' want but just don't touch".....(I've heard those words before).

A 5 year sentence is quit light. But when one looks deeper into the details, the Prison Oscar's going to is "Fudgepackers Dungeon, and Dark Lit Correctional Facility"......

Pulp Fiction, Deliverance, all over again. I hope the Prison Entry Briefing includes those films, to prepares him for his psychological adventure....

1 word of advice to Oscar: buy a 10 year supply of Soap On A Rope.... and don't let the infirmary doctor check your prostate. Those Dr's, are paraplegics (with out arms), with only one tool to use, to check for swollen prostates...! :rotfl:

have fun Piss-torius, you deserve everything horrid awaiting for you, in the Fudgepackers Dungeon, with like minded inmates, so you won't be lonely.

I went back and re-read this article, its an atrocious failure to deliver Justice: (lines like these are pure political bullshit, makes one wonder who paid off the Judge.

"However, she said that the evidence does not support the state's case that this was 'murder dolus eventualis', a legal term for when the perpetrator foresees the possibility of his action causing death and persists regardless."

    And-

However, Judge Masipa told the court that the state had failed to prove "beyond reasonable doubt" that Pistorius is guilty of premeditated murder. "There are just not enough facts to support such a finding," she said.

Masipa said the evidence the state offered on the charge was "purely circumstantial".

    WTF......!!!
