I run on an elliptical during sports a lot. I find if I just listen to music I get bored out of my mind while working out. But if I have something on TV or a podcast even, something that takes my mind off of working out, it goes by a ton faster for me.
Best thing to do is have a woman who loves the Blazers and do doggy for about three hours. I don't recommend this to the old guys on this forum.
I've tried this before but didn't like it. There's so many stoppages of play and timeouts and commercials that it makes the workout seem a lot longer. I love the Blazers, but I'd much rather watch hockey- even though I'm not into it at all, there's pretty much constant action and it makes the workout fly by.
