Washington Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall, who tore his Achilles tendon last month and underwent surgery to repair it, tore it again this week and will have to redo the surgery, according to sources. Hall still is likely to be ready for next summer's training camp, though this second injury and surgery will make it that much more difficult.
