Wand is supposedly looking to book a fight somewhere but is still under contract with the UFC (who should really just release him at this point).

Rumour is Wand is trying to get in with Bellator but he's still under UFC contract.

Most if not all athletic commissions in the US would not allow Silva to fight under their jurisdiction so long as he is under suspension by the NSAC.

Apparently Wand and Bellator came to an agreement to have him help promote their upcoming Bonnar/Ortiz shitshow but the UFC has put a stop to it since Wand is still under contract.

Wand is testing DFW's insistence that "we don't want guys who don't want to be here" and "we won't block guys from making money [like boxing]." Paraphrasing.
