Like All Star good? Seems like he sucks. I can understand his scoring being down, I guess, but he's only shooting 39% from the field. Shouldn't playing with LeBron and Kyrie make it EASIER to score? And why has his rebounding dropped? I mean, he's a top 20 PF no doubt but hardly elite. Oh and his team is a .500 ballclub in the East and dropping.
I'm not a fan but I can admit he has some skills but he also has some negatives to his game. I think he is currently overrated with this team because it was too easy and convenient to lable the Cavs as a "Big 3".
Love is just a stat whore. Plays zero defense and his rebounding is at the cost of his teammates. He doesn't give a fuck about anyone but himself. Love would be fine on a team that's defensive minded. Example: Chicago
Yes Kevin love is all star good. You know what is d league bad? The way the Cavs team is being managed. I'm not convinced lebron isn't pulling the strings. It is plausible that for Cleveland to land Bron Bron they had to give up some control to him. I remember bein at the Cavs Blazers game and wondering why they were running a certain play for waiters and not love/lebron. Love is not as good a player as the media was hyping him to be. But he will be an all star in the east. The west is a different story. With Davis, Aldridge, Cousins, Griffin I don't think Love would be a lock like he was in previous years.
This is how people felt about Bosh as well. Keep in mind the team he is on and what he is expected of him on this team. Yes, I believe he is good. And yes I believe the Rockets will make the playoffs.
Bosh averaged 18/8 on 50% shooting in his first year playing with LeBron. Love isn't nearly as efficient.
Well it's early but do you think this might be more to do with him fitting in? Or making a personal sacrifice for the good of the team?
