When are we going to start admitting that our back-up is better than our starter? I think we should be closing games with Kaman on the floor. When our offense starts breaking, like it often does when we just start feeding LMA in the HIGH-post late in games, it'd be nice to have a low-post player who can create high-percentage shots for the team.

Lopez is a perfect starter... We need bench production, which is Kaman

I also really like how clutch Rolo can rebound as well.

I'm not calling for Kaman to start, just to close.
I agree that Lopez fits with the starting unit better. But Kaman is a better player.

I forgot who said it, but someone here asked the question that if we'd traded for Kaman in 2013 and picked up RoLo as a FA this year, would Kaman be starting?

Hmmm it's tempting, but I think Stotts is doing this right. Have Kaman abuse their reserve bigs and have our defensive player close out games

You mean take the question mark out of the title, since it's a given that Kaman is better?

Kaman's old and injury prone, so being the first guy off the bench is perfect for us and him.

no, say 'in late game situations' or something. Right now it just looks like you mean overall.

He is better, overall. Kinda like Ginobili was better than everyone who ever started in front of him.

I like my Kamans playing the entire season, and for me that means 20 mpg. I like what's happening as is.

We don't need Kamans offense in the starting unit. LA then Lillard then Matthews/Batum. Robin is more effective with the starters and Kaman is more effective with the bench. Is one better than the other? I don't think so.

Lopez knows Stotts system better than Kaman. Kaman is the perfect 6th man and has played with Blake in LA. I think the rotations are set and I like the way Stotts is using both guys

Start all three! Meyers at SF, Robin at C, Kaman at PF. LaMarcus starts at SG, and Lillard at PG.
