Hopefully they play a little better than they usually do there.

Would be nice to see Staal clear the crease once in a while.

We're getting our doors blown off right now.

Can't clear the zone to save our lives. The D really need to stop panicking and make the right pass. Way too many blind passes so far.

Fast gets benched immediately after third goal but Glass continues to get icetime. Does not make any sense.

Not much to really say. Through 5 periods of hockey we have been pretty much dominated by TB. Let's hope it gets better in the 3rd period.

Nash hasn't done much tonight outside of the assist on the Zucc goal, maybe he is due for a nice play.

And if Cally played us every game he'd score 164 goals...LOL. 40% of his goals on the season have come against us. 21 games against the rest of the NHL 6 goals...2 games against us 4 goals.

I don't know what it is but Glass bothers me. On Cally's 2nd goal he was there but couldn't stop the pass, and then whiffed on a 2 on 1 pass on the other end. 12th forward so not a game changer overall, but I just don't know what he adds. Fighting rarely happens in the NHL anymore. Sure he throws some hits no doubt, but enough to make up for his huge minus numbers and killing of the 4th line for any O...not IMO. Is what it is though. Not a game changer overall like I said, so not going to make a huge thing out of it.

Let's see if we play a good period against TB for the first time this season.

Kreider also needs to do more overall. Still early, but I think most expected 25-30 goals...right now he is on pace for 16 goals and 48 points...not good enough. Only has 4 goals on the season...not good enough.

On the flip side I think Stepan has really become a very good player. Since he has been back he has played some very solid hockey. He is becoming a real # 1 C IMO. He is getting to what we all hoped he would become. Still has some work to do, but I think 65/70 point seasons are in his future. His contract will be very interesting this summer.

If Glass played on Stamkos line, he would score against too.

Looks like its going to be a chase for 3rd place or the wc this year, as Pitt and the Isles look solid for the top 2.

Two posts hit by the Rangers so it's just some bad luck right now. As for Kreider forget about doing more. He needs to start doing something.

But that's the point, 6 goals in 21 games against the rest of the NHL (24 goal pace). 4 goals in 2 games against us. Clearly he is getting up extra to play us, and I am sure they are looking to get him in scoring positions against us as well, and I get that.

I count it as 1 post in my mind. The first post was literally the very outside of the post...not going to count that one as being very close. The Boyle shot was square on though. With all that said, we should score more against this team.

And you are right on Kreider Mess, I think he is trying so hard to be complete he is not focused on scoring...needs to be.

And I really like the line of Hags/Hayes/Duke...3rd line I wanted to see for a while...issue is Hayes and Duke always look to pass so the line gets too pretty. If those guys got more selfish I think that line would be better.

Two goals a month isn't going to cut it.

12 games 2 goals in Nov for Kreider...we need him to score to get where we want to go.

Flyers getting rolled tonight, so that will be a tough game in there Friday with Talbot in net. I expect a split of the home and home with Philly.

Isles winning every SO and every OT. Give them credit man, they are playing well. We'll see if they can do it all season. Adding those two dmen for nothing right before the season made their team MUCH MUCH better I think.
