I'm excited for the Ducks season. I'm wondering with Royce's success and Taj Griffen coming in next year (If healthy) if Thomas Tyner would take advantage of the new Pac12 rules allowing a player to transfer within the conference without penalty? While the official story to the public is that Tyner isn't playing due to a shoulder injury, I can't help myself but read into this further and believe he's probably played his last game as a Duck. I normally wouldn't read into this but he just has to much talent to be a #2 running back. Remember he once decompile for a couple of days before re committing while being recruited. I hope I'm wrong but wonder what other people think about this.
He should transfer if he wants a shot at being a high pick in the draft. Oregon state has an opening for a starting rb and Gary Andersen just coached Melvin Gordon. Didn't tyners parents go to osu too?
I wouldn't even be mad if he transferred to osu. He seems to have durability issues though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
There's no way you could be mad. I dislike u of Oregon, but if any kids come from the state of Oregon and go to any school I'll root for them. Except Kevin love, that guy is a douche
Tyner I think should go break records for the track team. He's not durable and he's an indecisive runner. No matter what school he goes to or if he stays here, he'll have to address running strong every play and finishing or he'll be hurt throughout his career.
He seemed to be decisive enough in the Stanford game. I wouldnt be surprised to see a fire lit under him like it was in that game before he got hurt in practice again.
My feeling on Tyner is he's a kid you have to light a fire under where guys like Royce it's always on. I have a feeling Taj will be very much like Royce with attitude which is a great thing for us!
Sorry guys........ In no way shape or form did I intend to misrepresent or mislead with the title of this thread. To my defense, I did have a question mark at the end and is a valid concern and topic. I did hear today that he was practicing with the team but will he actually play?
hey 1honestfan, still waiting on those Darren Thomas & Helfrich quotes you spoke of... http://sportstwo.com/threads/274897-Can-t-believe....... STOMP
I did reply in that thread...something tells me if I'd bumped that thread a once or twice you'd have had the same reaction you're having now Hey, if you want to just admit that maybe you remembered things wrong that would be a whole lot better then just blindly going on the attack insisting you're right but never offering any proof. Everyone mis-remembers things on occasion. STOMP
Nope.... I'm just letting you get big like a puffer fish before I STOMP on you. Just keep puffing up. Now I believe you should not get off-topic in this thread like you have already done. Please make future replies regarding Darron Thomas being told he wouldn't be a starter the following season in that respective thread.
I see your delusions aren't limited to just making up quotes and standing by them 100%... look at u all swole up with empty bluster! You've never stomped on anyone and never will. Bubble wrap & insects have nothing to fear when you're around. Tell you what... heres your opportunity to really show me up. You whined about "whats in it for me"? as if thats the hang up for no one being able to find these amazing quotes from Thomas and Kelly. While I'm sure you've got an extremely important busy life and having your reputation called out for repeatedly making fantastical stuff up doesn't mean anything, I'll sweeten the pot for you by offering you a 3 month sig bet...plus I'll send you $100 if you can deliver what you claimed in a legit link to a sports site. Not a hoax, a legit link to what you've claimed but somehow the entire Duck sports world waxed over. STOMP
First of all, you're trolling this thread by being EXTREMELY off topic. If you want to reply in the other thread, then I may even take you up on it but not until you repost this in the correct thread.
