Vet Corey Brewer joins Rockets The Houston Rockets have acquired veteran swingman Corey Brewer from the Minnesota Timberwolves in a three-team trade also involving the Philadelphia 76ers, the teams announced Friday night. The Wolves will receive shooting guard Troy Daniels from the Rockets, who used an $8 million trade exception they got from sending Jeremy Lin to the Los Angeles Lakers to facilitate the deal.
