I don't think we'll collapse like we did in the second half of the season last year. This is a more solid and deeper squad. We are 5-0 when a starter misses a game. That's testimony to our depth. Yes, these next 4 games are a test, but after that, we get a 7 game homestand. It's realistic to think we can go 8-3 or 9-2 over that 11 game stretch. With the latter, that makes us 29-8. Pretty awesome, right? Our current 20-6 record is very impressive but overlooked because of Memphis, GS, and Houston are also playing at a very high level.
I agree, I think they will be more steady than they were last year. But I don't think they win 60 nor do I think they reach the win total had them projected at. (58)
55 wins seems right. We need more out of Nic. And we need to get rid of that content feeling when we start to have a lil bit of success.
I don't think we are going to win 60+ but getting to 54 again will be an accomplishment with how deep the west is. I think 2-7 are going to be separated by 3 wins.
I'm not sure how he did it, but I'm convinced he's somehow responsible for Ifo Ekpre-Olomu getting hurt for the Ducks yesterday.
That news ruined my day so I of course had to spread it around and ruin every Ducks fans day I work with.
It's definitely a horrible blow to the defense, but we've been dealing with injuries all year. I think we can survive it.
If I had to choose a team for the #1 seed it would be the Warriors or Memphis. A lot can and will change by the end of the year but I think the 1-2 seeds will be between 58-62 wins and 3-7 will be between 56-53 wins.
It only bugs those who believe that if something is spoken that some type of mystical force will cause it not to happen. It doesn't matter what is said by us. The only thing that matters what's done on the court. There's no such thing as a Jinx...
Too many unforced turnovers. We have to fix that problem. It will kill us on the road against the western teams.
