    Per Marchand ESPN NY Yankees trade Prado and Phelps to Miami, get Eovaldi, Garrett Jones and prospect Domingo German. looks like Refsynder and Pirela to fight it out for 2d base. Surprised by this one.

    I don't think this was a good trade at all. the Yanx would of been better off with both Prado and Phelps, Not sure how any Marlin, less Jose Fernandez or Stanton would be worth the paper those checks are printed on. Another disappointment for Yank Fans, a big move by Cash-box? (Brian seems to think so; my ass....

    First Solarte than Prado. Traded Cisco too....can't have any gungho youngsters messing up the old guys rule club house vibe.

    Compared to ARod, Tex, CC, Beltran...those are kids. We do have the 4th oldest roster before this all started.

    ...and compared to the guys who will replace them, Prado and Cisco are old.


    ...and for the most part, the acquisitions so far make the Yanx younger.

    Just crunching those numbers....

    Not liking this regardless, means they are going all in with Tex at 1B and fucktard at DH. Hell, why didn't they offer the Rockies Greene and Phelps for Tulo?
