Look, there's T Rob starting, and dominating! Look, a Dorell Wright sighting, and he's raining 3s! Look, a guy who's hot is staying in the game! Look, the team knows how to close out a tough game!

This guy seems to pull all the right strings at the right time, and, to boot, his offense is fun, the team plays better defense, and they are creative. Final bonus - he's the anti-McMillan.

Gotta love me some Terry Stotts.

Best Blazers coach since Adelman. He has the talent to become the best Blazers coach of all time. Gotta win a title to pass Dr Jack.

He's smart about his rotation. It's tough not to start Robinson again after the game he had, but I think he knew he needed someone steady like Freeland to help guard Duncan.

He could get coach of the year and if anybody could get us a championship it's Stotts. He out coached Pop's in a triple overtime game on his own court. That's some swagger!

I really like the way he used Freeland a TRob tonight. It works. Those two guys completely made up for Rolo being out and Kaman slumping a bit with his shot.

I'm sold on him. But ultimately it comes down to growth of the team and you are seeing it in many areas. Defensive improvement. Bench improvement. Bench improvement comes down to his faith in them. That's something he has had all year. That's why when Ireland that post the other night about him not trusting them. It was a head scratcher.

Please tell me that isn't an indirect allusion to the Obama presidency... please say it isn't so.

50+ minutes from LA, Wes and Dame tonight. Who will Terry go to tomorrow? I am guessing he will try Will in order to get some energy. Joel, Kaman, CJ, Crabbe and TRob all needs to step up tomorrow as well.

I dont think minutes phase those 3. They work hard and love it. Will deffinitely need some energy guys but I dont think dame wes or la will ever complain about too many minutes, they are work horses.

Such a refreshing change over McMillan. McMillan was good at one thing - motivating players, but was HORRIBLE Xs and Os coach and a poor teacher.

Stotts has these guys motivated, and is a brilliant Xs and Os guy who has these guys playing hard, playing smart and playing together.
