    chose Florida over Notre Dame. I was stunned until I realized UF is in the Best conference in the country.

    It will be interesting to see if the spread offense is successful in the SEC. Just think Spurrier plus elements of the read option.

    I think "Butch Davis to the Hospital" is a more likely scenario.

    I have no doubt that he could help Notre Dame. But the stories from Cleveland say that he resigned from coaching for health reasons. He might want a break.
