Honestly, we did.

It wasn't to be though, and its the score line that counts.

 

i thought we should at least of took it into extra time, cant believe were out. what was nonda doing. just over 25,000 on aswell, what a let down.

 

Extra time? The only way that was going to happen is if the scoreline was 3-2 to us on the night.

 

no, away goals only count after extra time, so anything by a goal would have carried on. thats what people were saying in the ground, anyone know the facts?

 

Away goals count in 90 mins aswell so a 1-0 would have put you through.

Nonda and Benni should of scored and you should be in the last 16.

TBH i wasn't expecting a Blackburn Win so i wasn't really surprised

 

Leverkusen are no where near where they used to be and i fancied Blackburn to win it. Leverkusen's only good player was Schneider.

 

Blackburn played well but just couldn't find the net

At least you beat Pompey 3-0. Thats a good scoreline for you.

And Nonda scored a couple of goals aswell.
