    SOCCER?? SOCCER?? FOOTBALL IS NOT CALLED SOCCER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. CAN'T YOU SEE THAT? ITS IS CALLED FOOTBALL. HOW ABOUT YOU GO RENAME YOUR WIMPED UP GAME OF RUGBY TO SOMETHING ELSE BECAUSE THE FACT IS, FOOTBALL IS FOOTBALL, NOT SOCCER!

    as much as i agree with you Kyle this site is aimed at North Americans and as much as it kills me i got to say that we got to call it *Whimper* Soccer from now on:'(

    I think its equally wierd when I hear people call it football....its a matter of prospective....I have a solution though....why dont we seperate it as football(american football) and footy(what we call soccer)....would that help?

    What if we added an option to your user profile where you could choose if soccer appears as "soccer" or "football"?

    How about calling it - American Football (since it's only american) and then divide it by having NFL, CFL and NCAA Football, and call soccer - Football (what the majority of the world calls it). </p>

    We're running out of room on the menu as it is. I'm afraid that for some long usernames, the menus don't render proper. And there's more sports to add, like Tennis (you guys across the pond don't have some funky name for that sport, do you? )</p>
