It's very conceivable at this point that the Jaguars with their remaining schedule could end up with the 2nd best record in the AFC. Yet they will not have a 1st round bye. They won't even have a home playoff game, unless they were to meet the other wildcard team in the AFC title game.

Jags hold the tie breaker on the Bengals & Steelers. However they'd lose in a tie breaker with the Broncos.
the jags are somewhere around the 7th or 8th best team in the conference....they have had the easiest schedule in recent memories....if they even make the playoffs, it will be a sham....
