Jags 2nd best

    It's very conceivable at this point that the Jaguars with their remaining schedule could end up with the 2nd best record in the AFC. Yet they will not have a 1st round bye. They won't even have a home playoff game, unless they were to meet the other wildcard team in the AFC title game.

    They certainly arent 2nd best team. So it would not be a big deal IMO if they didnt get bye

    Maybe not but they may be Indy's only competition.

    I guess, indy wins this week, and it is over, they clinch division and 1st rd bye. A win the next week i think will be homefield through playoffs

    Jags hold the tie breaker on the Bengals & Steelers. However they'd lose in a tie breaker with the Broncos.

    I'll go out on a limb and say they are the 2nd best team in the AFC South.

    the jags are somewhere around the 7th or 8th best team in the conference....they have had the easiest schedule in recent memories....if they even make the playoffs, it will be a sham....

    They're 1 of only 2 teams that can say they've beaten the Seahawks thus far.

    and 1 of 31 that can say they havent beaten colts. How many of the 31 teams have played seahawks? 10? 9?
