<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">A thin class of NBA free agents is coming on the market this summer. But Bulls general manager John Paxson may be able to expand his horizons by looking beyond America.

Paxson is at the Copa del Rey tournament this weekend in Seville, Spain, watching three players who are beyond draft age and free to sign with any NBA team, pending their European contract status.

The top two scorers on the best team in the Spanish league, Tau Ceramica, fit that description. Andres Nocioni, a 6-foot-7 forward from Argentina, is getting the most attention from NBA scouts.

Nocioni averages 16.8 points and 8.4 rebounds in Spanish league play, while shooting 59 percent. Described as a great leaper, the 24-year-old grew up as a power forward, but his perimeter skills reportedly have improved.

Nocioni has been a key player on Argentina's successful national team. In the first two rounds of the Copa del Rey, he produced 39 points and 19 rebounds.</div>
