<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">HARTFORD, Conn. -- Former NBA center Manute Bol, injured last month in a taxi cab accident, sued the taxi company Friday, saying the driver was erratic and ignored him when he asked to be let out.

Bol has been hospitalized with head, back and neck injuries since the one-car crash June 30 that killed the cab driver.

The lawsuit asks for reimbursement of Bol's medical bills and punitive damages. A message seeking comment was left with the Yellow Cab Company in Hartford.

Last week, the Hartford Courant reported that the Taxi driver, Neville H. Robinson, was driving with a suspended license, according to the state Department of Motor Vehicles. Robinson had failed a test for alcohol or drugs, resulting in the suspension for one month of his driver's license and license to carry passengers, according to the report.</div>

Well I think the cab driver deserves to be sued. Why the hell would be drive a guy with a suspended license and risk both there lives. Now he will hopefully learn his leason on responsability.

A professional sports player who takes a "lower-class" transportation such as a Taxi is beyond my knowledge. Bol was too lucky because he's an athlete, or else he would be in a coffin right now.
