Before you click on the thread there is the "last post" time stamp, I have mine in military time but I want to switch it to the regular way. Can I do this?

I may switch all the time display to 12 hour time with AM/PM. I didn't do it because it makes the timestamps wider by 3 characters (the ' AM' or ' PM')

Its cool, although I think most people would prefer the AM PM way.
