Post any questions, comments, etc. about fantasy trades here so that we don't get a ton of threads asking about a single trade. This should also be able to get all of us more responses since more people will circulate through this one thread rather than searching several separate threads.

what about trading mcgrady and zach randolph on my team, for lebron? i know mcgrady should be healthy, and should maybe be a top pick this year if he is. not sure if i'll get lebron for that though.

McGrady and Randolph's production combined is alot more than LeBron's but they are both somewhat injury prone. If you've got good PF/Cs after trading Randolf then this is probably a good trade because LeBron gives you alot of production as a single player but if your team will lacks good players then kee Randolph and T-Mac.

General tip is that when you trade two-for-one, the person getting the better player wins out.

I don't think that trade would go through, since T-Mac and Randolph are risks while LeBron is a sure thing, but if it does it's a clear winner.

If the guy pulls the trigger, he must be a noob when it comes to FF BBALL, and you would be one lucky guy! Bait him to make the deal, then laugh your tail off when Lebron puts up regular triple doubles and T-Mac goes down..

I need some trade advice. With T-mac back, I'm expecting a decrease in Yao's numbers but you never know. Anyways I'm looking to trade Yao and someone for Bosh. Would that be good? I have Bogut and Pryzbilla as backup centers.

It all depends on how many positions will be scored in the league. If its a pg, sg, sf, pf, c league... and tmac and randolph are your starters, dont do it. If Randolph is on the bench, and Tmac is startin, i'd do it.

I dont really understand fantasy leagues .. but .. tell me if im wrong.

For a Yao-Bosh trade: My opinion is that if both are healthy, Yao should actually do better with McGrady in the lineup. Logically, his field goal percentage should be higher and his assists should rise because the Rockets will be spreading the defense. Defensively there should be no change.

Bosh is a great player but his overall line is going to end up similar to Yao's, should both remain healthy. So would a trade be good? Well apparently you're a Raptors fan so it's cooler having Bosh on your team. But the end result, at least theoretically, will be about the same.

What do you think of this trade? I give up Rashard Lewis, Speedy Claxton, and Manu Ginobli for Ray Allen, Brandon Roy, James Posey (throw in - DROP).

I dont know if my friend would accept, I havent offered it, he rejected my offer of Lewis and Ginobli for Allen and Roy b4. what are your thoughts?? Thanks, take care.

totally agree with zhone. "cooler having bosh" - that's awesome, but i think yao is slightly better - more blocks, but is more of an injury concern. then again didnt bosh get hurt just now...

tmac + randolph for lebron, i dont know if he would take it either, if you get lebron awesome, do it. i hope tmac goes back to being tmac (same with amare) though even though he'll hurt me in the fantasy life...

^^ I'd do it. You need a better SG and if AK is healthy he'll be crazy.

Some guy offered me Arenas/Kidd for Bryant, what do you guys think?

    I would keep Big Ben.

Okafor is injury prone, and Parker is overrated in fantasy world.

I would keep your current team. I mean Okafor is injury proned and Tony Parker doesn't do much in fantasy basketball. Give Ben Wallace a chance in Chicago and see what his numbers are.[IMG]
