For days now the blazers app closes a moment after trying to open it. I have checked for new versions and per the blazers site, I'm up to date. when i log in on a pc to Ticketmaster, it lists all of my tickets for the season, but when i try to open my account on my phone via ticketmaster, it says there are no tickets in my account. Any other season ticket holders or game ticket holders experiencing anything like this? I have reached out to my rep, but no response as of yet. So very frustrating…
I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it seems to be working OK now. Edit: yes I can see my tickets now.
I did the same. Here is what I got from the Blazers for anyone else who may be having issues: For your Trail Blazers tickets, you should not need the Ticketmaster app whatsoever. The issue you’re having sounds fairly familiar as you’re describing it. I would recommend seeing if the Trail Blazers app needs to be updated (I believe we put out a new version over the weekend), or the better move may be to delete the app altogether and then re-download it. That will ensure you have the latest version of the app plus clears out the cache which can eliminate some issues. Once the app is ready to go, login with your email address and password. It will ask you if you want to connect with Ticketmaster, tap “Continue” to connect. Then once logged in, go to “My Tickets” and at the top of the screen you should see your name, your account ID, and a red circle that says “TB” and a blue circle with Ticketmaster’s “T” logo – that ensures that everything is connected. Alternatively, you can also go to www.trailblazers.com/accountmanager on your computer or phone internet browser, and login using the same credentials. Once logged in, go to “My Tickets” to access and manage your tickets. Once logged in on either method, you should see your tickets in 301, plus your Annex Garage parking for the year.
