Basic scouting report on the Beavs. They dropped in categories in both offense and defense. Beavers won't make big strides in one department, but need to do better in 2012. I agree, as the Beavs lost in statistically compared to 2010. http://espn.go.com/blog/pac12/post/_/id/35621/video-oregon-states-spring-priority
Yeah it seems another dismal season again as beyondthebets.com is thinking the Beavs with a 2-7 conference record is listed as an underdog 4 times with under 7 points or less. Could they turn that 7 point underdog into a positive spin and maybe get a 3 or 4th win? http://beyondthebets.com/2012/06/06...c-on-collision-course-for-mammoth-title-game/ Yeah, enough about Oregon.. lets see if this year is Riley's last year if his team does pull off an 2-7 record. The alumni would be screaming for a new coach if this happens again and a new coach would be in the search for 2013.
Sad, but I'm not holding onto much hope for a positive season this year. Nicholls State - W Wisconsin - L @ UCLA - W @ Arizona - L Wash St - W @ BYU - L Utah - W @ Wash - L Arizona St - L @ Stanford - L... maybe a W without Luck?? Cal - L Oregon - L
We forgot to mention the upcoming Beavers joining for the 2012-2013 season. Hopefully this group can make an impact.
