With tears filling his eyes, hard-luck Curtis Borchardt met the news media in the Jazz locker room Friday night and described how he broke his right wrist during Sacramento's 100-93 win at the Delta Center. It was the third major injury of his two-year NBA career. He will be sidelined six weeks. Hence, the emotion. With five minutes left in the first half, Borchardt went to the basket, collided with Sacramento's Gerald Wallace and crashed to the floor. On a bang-bang play, he was called for an offensive foul.
