Nov 6 - The awkward and trying season of Channing Frye could take another twist this week if Trail Blazers coach Nate McMillan follows through with his hunch and starts Frye at center for Wednesday's home opener against New Orleans.

The potential move to starter -- McMillan said he hasn't decided for sure -- would be designed to create more size in the second unit by moving 7-foot-1 center Joel Przybilla from starter to reserve. Another part of the thought process is to create a situation in which Frye can return to his comfort zone of playing both inside and out on the perimeter. -- The Oregonian
