Yeah it is a great game regardless of licensing, but if you can mod then go for it. Anyone that is getting the game if you want the kits, logos, etc for PC then I'll be glad to post them up for you to use.</p>

I'm pretty excited for it with my new laptop. What's this deal with the licensing? I haven't been reading about it.</p>

Just download patches. Thats what i do. I downlaod a fully comprehensive Patch. It takes a while but is worth it.</p>

I give you a folder full ofpng iconslike kits and logos and you place them accordingly in your FM08 folder in My Documents. I'll give a toutorial once it is released, but mind you I won't get mine until sometime between October 23 and 28 due to the US release and shipping time.</p>

As for licensing, Football Manager hardly has any leagues licensed. This means no real kits and no real club crests, etc. You'll have plain league with names is all, not a huge loss, but this can improved upon of course.</p>

This does indeed take a bit of time, but many people working on the game already have much of the most important leagues completed. You surely must've seen me put up plenty of jersey images that I created. Those are designs that can be implemented into FM08 only or used for looks.</p>

 

Meh, got the demo for FM 08 and it blows! The skins, fonts all suck. However, not sure if that will be on the actual FM 08 game.</p>

Got the demo and it looks very good,IMO. I will the buy the game. </p>

 

I'm going to order it online onrelease day for region 1. Once I have it and have worked out some stuff we'll have all sorts of neat goodies to put in the game for an even better experience.</p>
