Give 'em hell tomorrow fellas!Marion, it's your chance to prove you can be a #1 type guy by stepping up in this big game. I'm not expecting much, but go for it!Rose, you stuck around because you thought you could make a difference in the playoffs. There's no better time than now.Banks, if you get playing time, prove that you deserve an NBA contract when you are dumped for fillers in the near future.Fans, don't act like spoiled bitches, stand up and scream. I would prefer if yall threw stuff and had very offensive signage, but if you don't at least make your presence felt.Refs, yall owe us.If we don't win, fine, Amare'll come back mad and we'll steal another, but wouldn't it just be awesome if we upset them here? Oh and Pat Burke...give Duncan a nice elbow and try to get him to fight back to even this out. :winkglasses: Go team! Can't wait till tomorrow.
Marion will step up, but again as I said in another thread Amare should not have been suspended. And Horry should have been suspended for the entire playoffs it's a joke how dirty the Spurs are mostly Manu. But in this case it was Horry awful.
The Spurs cant win tonight...this crowd is going to be electric because of what happened a couple of nights ago and they'll let the spurs hear it.I just cant believe Diaw is out for taking two steps...This game will stay close, but without Horry hitting a big shot, the Spurs dont stand a chance.Suns will win in 7...
The truth is, many fans including Spurs fans, are not particullary pleased with the supspensions. Why? With two key Suns players staying at home it is not the true test between teams we want to see. OK... Horry made a bad and uncalled-for move on Nash. I don't know WHAT he was thinking. I think the NBA applied the rules correctly... whatever your opinion of the rule is. It's just a bad situation brought on by emotions overcomming better judgment on both sides. Now we shall see how deep the Suns bench really is. I suspect that the Suns are in trouble as far as game 5 goes. Spurs will win this game. This is NOT the way Spurs fans want to win this series.
I'm picking Suns although every singlr person at my school disagrees with me. I think they will be fired up, just like whan Raja was suspended for game 6 against the lakers last year. Add the crowd to that, because you know they going to be fired up, and it equals a Suns win.
Tainted series? You bet. Those 2 players make the difference between a win and a loss unfortunately. The suns have no inside prescence now.
If the Suns win tonight and win the series I would absolutely love it, but I just don't see the first think happening. I really want a Game 7 with David Stern there. He probably won't come though. The sissy.
Heart baby, heart! Lets keep adding it on! Don't slow down! Kill 'em, rape 'em, scalp 'em, neuter 'em! Go Suns!
No one watching? Oh man, I really hope we can pull this off tonight.Edit: Pathetic that no one posts in the Finals thread on BBW. 11 point Suns lead at the half. It just isn't enough. Our players are going to be really, really worn out in the end. They need to increase the lead.
Sadly I think the Suns will run out of steam. The spurs will play much better the second half. D'antoni playing Nash too many minutes.
We need him to play that much and he can for a game. It's Kurt Thomas I'm most worried about. I want to see Jalen Rose get a little playing time. He deserves some. I really hope we don't run out of steam. Just go to the locker room, get a nice rest, and go back to playing the most important 24 minutes of your careers. Keep it up Shawn!
Barbosa needs to carry the offense more. He's got the speed to do it. Don't leave it all on Nash. Nash might not have enough to finish. Thomas is definitely being a liability on offense but his defense on Duncan is a must to have out there.

He is no Amare Stoudemire, but he hits all of his open jumpers, sets the proper picks, and has a few easy baskets at rim.

Duncan has to guard the rim on defense. Thomas is the only guy he can do this with and he doesn't make smart decisions with the ball in his hands. Now he is not being able to guard Duncan either so they should go with James Jones and double Duncan.
Duncan would be at 30 and not 19 points without Kurt there and without Kurt's 12 rebounds the Spurs would have many more 2nd chances off misses. The offense won't do any better with him off the floor and the team as a whole would really struggle. You say he hurts the offense all the time but you're just wrong.

He has hit jumpers and a few layups at the rim. He has kept the flow of the offense. Raja is 1-8 and Nash is like 2-8, that is why the offense is struggling.
Kurt needs some rest though. It's unfortunate that Rose didn't get a chance today. One more quarter, up by 6, we need this!

The suns offense was much more dangerous when they went small forcing Duncan to guard the perimeter. They have to use him now since Barbosa is in foul trouble though.
