How are they bums? Ray Allen posts career averages of 20/5/4, and Paul Pierce posts careeer averages of 23/6/4. Ray Allen is also one of the best pure shooters of this era, and has a career average of 40% from beyond the arc. These two are also (or was in Allen's case) faces of their franchise. If anything, they should deserve some recognition, they certainly deserve more than the label of "bum"

yeah but it was Isiah's team and Joe D's career numbers are MUCH lower than either player. he does have a final's MVP though. here's a comparison, Paul at 10 years, Joe D at 11 and Ray at 12 years http://www.basketball-reference.com/fc/pcm...a02&y3=2008 I didn't do all of Joe's career because the last few years always kill the averages vs current players.
