We have to have 3 in the majors in 2015. Heathcott, Williams, Sanchez, Austin, and Jagielo. I think Williams is finally maturing mentally. Heathcott has the skill set, maturity is the issue here also. Jag is suppose to be major league ready within a short time. If this doesn't happen, then the organization is a joke. So if it is 2 OF, and a 3B great. But Sanchez needs to be the catching face of this organization for the next 10 years.
There is talent there, so we'll see some of them, probably even next season, but this notion that NY is slow to bring up players is clueless IMO, they bring up players that are ML quality, and they've had little of that, see Jesus Montero, a guy who fans wanted to see years ago and gotten eaten alive in the majors, people need to grasp that it's not the brain making bad decisions and leaving players to rot in the minors, it's the farm simply not having the talent.
