Lots of rumors floating around out there with Kidd coming here................... Imagine having Kidd and Fisher?
I've seen several Scenarios ranging from

    Speedy and NVE for Kidd

Speedy, Damp and Richardson for Kidd/Kittles

    There were a couple others.

I still think Mully has a wabbit in his hat. Hopefully it isn't dead.

I dont know what to think about that either. Then we would have 2 old PGs on the downhill of their careers with huge contracts...

No way is such a trade going to go through!
The Nets have two lottery picks already (Clippers, Philly). There is no way that they are going to make a third lottery pick.

3 old pgs on the downhill of their careers if NVE isn't traded.

BTW, dude there could always be trades involving draft picks if they know it can be used later down the road in February when a team is looking for short contracts and draft picks. Plus Jkidd, although he is one of the most awesome point guards ever, his contract puts the nets in a bad situation. I mean Kmart and Richard Jefferson are important pieces to the Nets franchise. You have to create flexibility to re-sign those guys.

Even though jKidd isn't getting any younger and his contract isn't getting any smaller, I'd love to see him in a Warriors uniform regardless. He would bring instant excitement and most importantly wins to the bay area. Maybe Kidd could even spark a winning culture here that could last longer than his knees. Once the Kidd-mania took off, other players could see how much the golden state fans care about their franchise, instead of only seeing us as the 10 year losers. I think we need a substantial taste of success to really get the team going...potential won't do it by itself.

Plus Kidd?s a Cal grad?can?t beat that :bigthumbu

Anyway that's off topic, I would love to have jKidd as our point guard and since Mullin seems to not care about the cap anyway (or future free agency) we might as well bring him over if New Jersey is willing and the stuff we offer matches up salary wise with what we want. And then we could make a run for the playoffs by having a team of geriatrics (where the only dribbling done is when they take out their dentures). Man... this offseason is getting so whack you wonder if Mullin needs to be checked into the Betty Ford clinic again. I guess I should chill and not panic because there's bound to be more off season moves right? The mother of all trades hopefully and the one that will put Warrior fans at ease.

Does that mean he's an alumn then? Or do you need to graduate for that too?

    I think he's technically a Cal alumnus.

And... he can also be classified as a college dropout!
