He was noncommittal but complimentary when asked if the Nuggets would make a viable second option. If the Clippers decide to make a run at Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant and Richardson signs an offer sheet with another team early enough, the Clippers may be forced to let him walk. He said Bryant's free agency does not worry him. "As long as I get taken care of the way I need to be taken care of, that's fine," Richardson said. "He's got three rings. He's an all-star and all that. He deserves all the attention he gets."</div> Full Article ------------ http://www.denverpost.com/Stories/0,1413,3...2035283,00.html
Q has been my favorite Clipper this season, and I'd really hate to see him go. I really could see him going to Denver though, it really is a good fit for him. I'd enjoy seeing him playing alongside Carmelo instead of struggling with the Clippers year after year. I really don't see the Clippers getting Kobe, but I also don't see Sterling giving large money to another player again, especially after how bad the Clippers have played this season.
I'm pretty sure I've said this numerous times, but I just don't feel re-signing Q-rich is in the best interest of the Clipper organization... Q is a good player, but his jack-it-up style and matador defense is not what this young team needs.
losing Q would be a big lose for a clippers organization tring to rebuild i think that unless he does what odam did last year and beg the clippers not to resign him there is a good chance he may be in a clippers uniform next year I think after seeing how good his investment in resigning maggette (20 points a game) and brand (double double guy) turned outhe may resign Q and what sterling is all about is making money he is the opposite of george steinbrenner (yanks owner) and if he goes to the playoffs there will be more games to get money of of because of the playoff ticket sales raising his income
What are the chances of Los Angeles lo oking at a sign and trade scenario? The Clips have a talented roster, but they finished last in the West, something that should not have happened. Brand and Maggette are obviously two pieces of the puzzle, but is Q the third? With Kaman developing nicely, I'd be looking to sign and trade Q in the hope of getting a point guard , and moving Jaric to the off guard position.

He's an older guy who demands A LOT of shots when he's healthy, and I wouldn't want that large contract that comes with him. He has shown in the past few years that he doesn't shoot as much, but still does shoot more than the usual player to get 20ppg. Maggette is the totally opposite player, averaging about 13 shots for a 20ppg average, and I think that with a guy like Q is perfect. Q isn't very efficient and is kind of like Stack, and is a smaller less scoring-minded verson of him IMO. The sign and trade using Q didn't sound too bad to me, although I would hate to see him go we really need a good PG bad. Unless our draft is an unsuccessful one and we don't get a PG they should keep Q. I think all our current starting lineup needs is a true PG and a little more experience, and in the matter of time I think we'll be one of the top teams. Resigning Simmons might be one of the biggest moves this offseason, I'd be real upset if we don't.
I don't see Q-Rich being involved in a sign-n-trade unless it involves Kobe. The simple reason is because Sterling doesn't want to shell out money unless it's for a superstar. If he was willing to spend money on a sign-n-trade, I suspect he would just sign Q-rich himself.
I'd miss him, he's part of the very own Big Three of the Clippers. He's a very classly, yet quiet player. Kobe would be definitely worth it though. I just hope that they use him, and that he's useful if he leaves.
Q is the heart of the Clippers.. Brand and Maggette are there scoring options but Q brings the same intensity every night and is the only player that wants to ditch the tradition of ditching the Clippers. It would be a real shame to see Q leave this team.
Q sucks, QQ is too short and did u ever see the news of him in television? disappeared into the snow.......................
The Denver Nuggets have been put Q's list of desired teams to play for. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">It won't be an all-out assault like last year, but the Denver Nuggets once again might raid the Los Angeles Clippers' ship this off-season. Unlike last year, when Los Angeles had five quality free agents, there is only one this summer. But that one - guard Quentin Richardson - has indicated a strong interest in the Nuggets. "If I'm not able to stay with the Clippers, Denver is definitely one of the places I have to look at,'' Richardson said in a telephone interview from his hometown of Chicago. "I like Denver.''</div> Full Article: http://www.rockymountainnews.com/drmn/nugg...2875961,00.html
I think that is were he will end up. Carmelo, Q, Andre, Nene, and possibly Camby if he returns..that is a young and exciting team.
