    Was reported as being close to a deal on NBC 11 Bay Area news last night and on ESPN this morning. I guess its safe to say its pretty legit.

    I like the move for the Raiders but I don't know how much he'll actually embrace the role of mentoring Jamarcus Russell. Competition is always good though and its nice to have a backup QB who can help you win games.

    Risky move. It could help us if he mentors JaMarcus, but if Garcia plays really well, he could take his starting spot and Russell's confidence for the season goes out the window.

    This kinda came out in left field, I thught Garcia would go to a team like Denver or Minnesota, A place where he wouldnt need to compeate.
