    Damn, they have such great Defence...

    I think they have the best D in the league....

    what do you guys think?

    Manu alone makes their defense better, does he gaurd everyone on the floor at once... hes not Oliver Miller here (big enough to take up whole court)

    i don't get it....Spurs have better D when Manu is in....what's this Oliver Miller crap? Miller is better than Joe Smith...

    Manu is a good defender...but bruce bowen,TIMVP,d-rob are the best 3 defenders on the team..bruce is a great one on one defender...he really give kobe problems this year.TD all NBA defensive first team....and d-rob one of the best defenders of all time....

    spurs defence is amazing..which is why this team is so successful..if the defence isn't there...spurs struggle

    I think we have to give coach Pop a lot of credit, he simply changes their defense by looking at the offense of their opponent, and it's working very good. The Nets used to have a running game, have you seen it in the finals?

    haha, you sound like Charles Barkley.

    yea, i'd say their defense is the best in the league. Tony's defense doesn't get much recognition. Timmy's is great of course. Ginobili is all over his man. Bruce Bowen is terrific. it pisses me off that Kobe made All-Defensive first team and Bruce didn't. having two of the greatest shot blockers in the league helps too.

    they dont have a weak spot on D....Timmy and DRob can handle any inside presence not named Shaq and they got Bowen to defend the forwards and Ginobli can handle forwards and guards, Parker is also a good defender because of his quickness

    The Oliver Miller thing was a joke, 2nd Miller isnt better than Joe Smith and how did you come up with sayin he was better than Joe, why not Tom Tolbert or someone else?

    Wow.. would you believe that Oliver Miller once scored 35 points in a single game while he was with Toronto? He had a pretty good season in 95-96.

    Bowen and Manu are amazing defenders. I love how they play. I think instead of Ruben Patterson, Bowen should be called the Kobe stopper. Oh and who else do you know that shoots better 3 pointers than free throws?

    Thats the problems with kids like you these days...you take things WAY too seriously.If i see a post i don't agree with i will point it out....and reply to it.Thats the idea of messages boards ya know...just a suggestion put more thought into your posts....don't take it as offence...but you likely will...as always
