I've been hitting the weight room alot lately, and I do calf raises every time im in there. I never thought they would really help me out enough to really dunk, but recently I have noticed that I can deffinitly get higher then I used to be. I can now get my wrist over the rim. Now I have alot of confidence that I will be able to dunk sometime, my goal is by the begining of June. However I know I need to be doing a little more excercises if I really want it. Anyone have any advice for me? Know any excercises, or just any other sort of thing that would help me out. Thanks in advance!

Calf raises are among or you can say certainly the best for working out your calves. The two types are Standing calf raises normally done on the machine and the Donkey calf raise. IF you wanna work more on your quads and hamstrings, Squats with weights along with leg presses would serve as the best.

What's you're body fat? Lowering your body fat percentage will help.

Otherwise, negroplasty is another option. Just make sure not to have your knees made out of a gay man's testicles.
