Porter's still out there. But he's not in the same realm as Mitchell Robinson. But clearly he'd fit the Trail Blazer roster better than Robinson. But if you can't get Knox or Bridges from the top 10 guys, focus on the only top 10 franchise all-star still in the draft at Robinson.

Would you trade Nurkic and the #24 to trade up to the 10? 14 spots and you still have a franchise center in Collins. But you trade Nurkic for Porter (or Bridges if he's still around at that trade spot).
