Well, apparently Isiah agrees with you, becuase he's giving Mike a legitamite shot.

I think Isiah's hands will be tied because Dolan has made it clear that he wants the playoffs this year. Until Dolan realizes that its these same sentiments that will hold Thomas back from taking chances, I think you will only see marginal improvements until Isiah can figure out how to get out...
