The game is already in production before the first rookies ink their deals to officially make them a member of the NFL and the NFLPA so yea it has more to do with timing....im sure they could get most of the pictures in there if they delayed the game but who really wants them to do that just so...

i've never seen rookies rated quite this good out of the box reggie bush is already "elite" and hasn't done anything in the NFL.
