What is our biggest need long-term? I would say a forward who is an excellent outside shooter, who is also a decent defender. Can we get an upgrade of Jerami Grant? Personally, I can only see trading him to dump his contract. I don't see a team trading us a younger, cheaper version of him. But...

I'm happy with Kris. Smart player, good defender, good passer. Still not a good 3 pt shooter, but he only takes 2 a game. And his 2pt% is at 56.5%

Not even on a cheap contract? He seems to be the perfect guy to have on your bench because he can defend multiple positions. I would lock him up on a cheap deal.

Yeah, his stats will go down for sure with healthy PGs. But the way he plays, it is best if he can conserve some energy not only for the end of games, but in order to last the whole season. The dude plays his ass off every second of the game.

We need Scoot and Jrue back desperately, but the guy who would help most playing with Deni is..... Dame. Think about Deni running the offense at the end of games with Grant, Sharpe, and Dame. I would think Dame would get a lot of open 3s. That still leaves a 5th player for defensive purposes...

It seems to depend on who he is on the floor with. Our depth has really taken a hit, and sometimes he really needs to be a black hole because of who he is on the floor with. Kind of like Mo Williams, the one season we had him. His role was to score. Obviously, Love is not as good as Mo at this...

Needless to say, Grant played very well. (+39) Interesting to me is that almost the whole team is shooting over 50% from 2 pt range for the season. Not so well from 3. However, Grant is around 42%
