I think what you originally meant was a better strength and conditioning coach... not necessarily a trainer. We have the best trainer in the league and that's a fact. The problem with coaching mostly seemed to be motivation. We have talent, we have guys who know x's and o's, guys who can help...

Can we pull off Ron Artest for Carter? I would love to have that guy.
