I'd put him in the top 10 for sure when you consider that he's a very good defender. Among the ones that are better, only Wiggins is younger. I mean, we're talking in pretty arbitrary terms all the way around, here, when it comes to comparing players. Which advanced stats do you guys consider...

Completely agree. There's nothing that he can prove to anyone in Golden State. It "feels" like he's trying to build a legacy there, but that ship has sailed.

I'm not here to cause trouble........ just talk basketball. I think you'd be more than welcome at Denver Stiffs, as long as you keep it civil

At the same time, you're ignoring the fact that Harris has settled in as one of the best shooting guards in the league, and Murray will no longer be a rookie (and could be special). Gallinari isn't gone yet. Millsap might have a career year, with Jokic feeding him. We'll see............

Neither Harris or Murray are going anywhere. Depending on who you ask, those players were off-limits in the trade that would have brought Kevin Love to Denver. They're certainly not giving either of them up for Wade.

Thanks for the feedback. I've never been a Blake Griffin fan, so that's not very encouraging! I actually thought he was an extremely good passer and an adequate defender when I saw him play with Portland. Didn't really see either of those things in Denver, for whatever reason.

It looks pretty bad, no doubt.

Denver had the best offense in the league once they committed to Jokic as a starter. Better offense than Golden State, better than Houston, better than Cleveland........... To go along with that, they just added Paul Millsap, who has been in 4 straight all-star games. They're going to be...

You may be right. Either way, Portland got the better return.

What makes you think that? Just curious............

Shoots better from 2-point range, shoots better from 3-point range, and shoots better from the free throw line (so technically, you are correct). Also, he doesn't turn the ball over at the rate that Nurkic does.

Portland appears to have "won" the trade. I can't dispute that. Denver didn't have much choice though, to be honest.

I already did that, much earlier. You apparently didn't see it.

Tell me which stats you want to use.

Nurkic is the better defender, no doubt.
