Do you have to sign up for NBA League Pass to then sign up for BlazerVision? I have tried multiple ways to sign up for just BlazerVision, but it keeps sending me to the NBA League Pass site that is WAY more expensive for all of the teams. I just want to watch the Blazers and don't get KATU 2.2...

My understanding is it is an agreement with the sale and with the league which has to grant approval by the board of governors and a move would also have to be approved by those who approve the agreement.

I believe it is a condition of the sale that the Blazers remain in Portland.
