<div class="quote_poster">Quoting virve119:</div><div class="quote_post">Regardless of whether we get the 4th, 3rd, 2nd or 1st seed, I think we will be one of the elite teams in the NBA, and will have a good chance to compete in and win every game next season. Last year we would have needed a miracle to beat teams like Miami, SA, Detroit, Dallas or Phoenix.</div>
Nets will be one of the elite offensive teams in the league, but in order to get into the upper echelon where the Spurs are, you'll need defense.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Laker_fan:</div><div class="quote_post">Never say never, don't be fooled by a good line up on paper. Chemistry is just as important and with 3 players looking to score 20+ points and Shaq's history of naming players ballhogs, anything could happen. I like the more simple Nets lineup more then the Heat's superstar lineup.</div>
You can say just the same about the Nets. They will need chemistry in place as bad as the Heat would need it in order to be successful. Is Jeff McGinnis any less of a headcase than Antoine Walker? I don't think so. Shaquille O'Neal didn't take a $10 million paycut just to see Pat Riley acquire headcases, and with O'Neal and Wade around, the locker room is set. Pat Riley would be sure to have a meeting with Jason Williams before the training camp, and J-Will would have to listen to Riley because if he doesn't, he'll be driven out of the NBA on an expressway.
