He is using:

1.) Roy: PPG, Rebounds, Assists
2.) Aldridge: PPG, Rebounds, Assists
3.) Oden: PPG, Rebounds, Blocks <--- Notice blocks, not assists.
4.) How many wins this season.
5.) Conference Seeding
6.) Round of the playoffs

Here is the link on the Spread Sheet so far, so you can better understand what he's doing. I think last year, the winner got a pair of tickets to a Blazer game.

For playoff round, in case it wasn't obvious:

1 = lose in first round
2 = lose in Conference Semifinals
3 = lose in Conference Finals
4 = lose in Finals
5 = win championship

Or you can just use the words and I'll translate it myself. Just don't put simply "Finals," as this is ambiguous.
