That's a pretty big jump. Grant was in the protocol and then last game he took a pretty hard hit to the head that put him down. He left the game for a while and then came back. If he has a headache now, then he gets put back in the protocol.

All of this shit from the Warriors is hearsay until we see something in writing and until they send us medical reports about why Gary failed the physical. I think they'll just put the trade through tomorrow and leave us looking a certain way. If our team had their shit together which we all know they don't, they would talk about how this potentially hurts our reputation without any evidence.

Either we really fucked up and I want to know about that by seeing concrete evidence or the Warriors are completely dragging us and should be held responsible.

The Lakers have even more new faces than we do.

Rui, Bamba, Vando, Beasley and Russell. That is quite a bit of needed talent that roster lacked.

One thing you have to admit. With Grant and Reddish and with Thybulle and Sharpe plus Watford off the bench the Blazers did improve their defense and they are longer.
At some point Nurk and Winslow should be back. Thinking Winslow will be after the break as well.
The Blazers defense should get better. Just watched the Lakers vs Warriors. AD is playing really well. Lebron sat out but we all know he loves to come in and torch the Blazers.
Not sure the Blazers have the team to beat the Lakers at this point? Vanderbilt and Russell gave them a pretty big lift.

Lakers suck. Westbrook was only a fraction of their problems. They have a team full of glorified chuckers who get so enthralled trying to score baskets, they lose focus on all the other basic principles of basketball. This should be an easy win for Portland.
