They had like 6 pro bowlers from last year.

If they don't make the playoffs this year......

Chargers taking advantage of the cheap years on Herberts contract before he is gonna get 50+ million a year like Mahomes got paid this year.

Some crazy money being thrown around as usual for the start of free agency.

I'm more of a Beaver fan than I am a Charger's fan, so it's really tough for me to root for Herbert. Glad they are shoring up the defense so that I can still root for that half of the ball at least. Bolt up!

It's mostly tongue in cheek. I don't wish anything bad upon him, and sure I want the chargers to win. It's more the duck fans anointing him that annoy me. To each their own man, but it's not a complex.

He is a really really great young qb.
