• Chauncey Billups is 0-8 vs the Thunder and Mark Daigenault
• Jerami Grant played for the Thunder from 2016-19
• Oliver Sarr was signed by the Blazers on 9/7/22, and was converted to a two way contract prior to the start of the season. Due to injury he never played for the Blazers and was waived on 11/18/22.
• Moses Brown played for the Thunder during the 2020-21 season

The Thunder -6.5 favorites. I don't bet against our team but if I did I'd place money on the Thunder to cover that. They've been really good this season, they're completely healthy and while they are coming off an OT game last night, they're young and deep, so they should have the stamina to beat us soundly coming off of that game.

Joel Embiid is an all star. He has the refs respect and they will call fouls for him as an after thought. He also attacks the basket which Ayton rarely does. Ayton usually shoots jumpers or fades back. He gets boxed out somehow by guys half his size. If he used his size and strength more and attacked the rim, he might get more free throws.

Blazers aren't on national TV. Folks that have weird stuff to say about Ayton aren't seeing how the Blazers operate.

I've only seen one game (vs. Utah) where Portland was feeding DA with over the top pin downs, clean looks in the paint. It was working very effectively. Then the 4th quarter turned into the Jerami, Skylar & Shaedon show. Ayton finished with 1 shot attempt during the hectic unsuccesful battle to the finish line. Ayton should have had 30+ in that game, heck... the Blazers might have even won. But you know... this season isn't about wins, so I'm not allowed to complain.

He's got the defenders forearm in his chest while he's dunking the ball.
If this were a smaller player it most likely would have been called.
Someone in the forum mentioned that Ayton was getting the shit slapped out of him.

Nobody here has mentioned the possibility (other than that person) that maybe Ayton is being contacted, but fouls aren't always called when that happens,
and that Ayton is much more likely to be contacted if his teammates throw him the ball on the move without needing to take more than one dribble.

Chauncey Billups usage of Ayton is garbage, just like the rest of his offense. Where are the lobs Chaucey promised?

I've wondered that too, tho I suspect some of that is due to injuries to the roster and not having enough decent ball handlers.

I still remember the Blazers in the playoffs down in LA back in the day. I think at half time, the discrepancy on fouls was like 2 to 30 or something ridiculous.

It is really hard to watch these. I want to support the team.
I shudder when considering 20 straight losses is looking like a real possibility. REALLY hard games approaching. What would it take for CB to get fired?
