Depends if Chauncey is going to go all-out to win games. The Blazers can field a veteran/or few years in the league/some with experience in playoffs or finals lineup of Brogdon, Simons, Thybulle, Grant and Ayton, with Williams coming off the bench at backup center or maybe a few minutes with Ayton.
Scoot and Sharpe in the mix with the forward gang trying to win a rotation spot.
I think that groups, if the main focus is to win, will win more games than Utah, Houston, San Antonio, and equal with Minnesota and Dallas.

I believe you forgot Golden State in yours, as well.

The west is very difficult this season.
I think anyone in the top12 can make the second round of the playoffs.

No you didn't. Portland will be better than HOU.

Portland was better last season

but the Rockets added Fred Van Vleet, Dillon Brooks, Jeff Green, Jock Landale, Amen Thompson, and Cam Whitmore; and their only significant loss was Eric Gordon. They'll be quite a bit better

Wow no team over 48 wins in the conference? How often has that happened?

The Suns or Nuggets winning less than 50 games seems unfathomable.
The 2023 draft added more talent to the conference.

I think Dallas is going to be a mess. Their roster looks like a 2008 Kings regurgitation.
Let's check how the 08 SAC team did... 38-44
Reggie Theus head coach.
The Kevin Martin era! 23ppg 4reb, 2 ast
wow wow, so very impressive

Those Kings didn’t have anybody half as good as Luka. In fact, they never have. What a weird take.

The season ain't over. Lot's of games left. Dallas still has time to fall apart.
