Stop using crappy grunge backgrounds, use text that looks clean and legible, blend your photos, a lot of things. Look at other people who are experienced's work and see what they do.

Probably, grunge is noob and ugly. If you're using brush packs or shitty PS filters then you have no skill. You need to learn about composition too, this work is terribly composed.

You're either creating these bgs with filters in Photoshop or with brush packs that you downloaded, neither of which take any talent at all. Try some other styles where a program or someone else doesn't do all the work for you, and focus on making something that is clean and looks good rather than just brushing and finishing stuff as fast as you can. You need to play around and experiment to find what looks good, and work off of that.

The Paul Pierce and Rip Hamilton sigs are awful..I wouldnt know what they said if i was just some random joe of the streets..the backgrounds suck, why use the same background. take some time of your life to make it look neat and clean..not like a bunch of clouds--same as all your other sigs..that paul pierce background is horrible.. I could do a better job than that and all i have is photofiltre..On the dwayne wade sig, if i was a random white man with no knowledge of basketball i would have no idea who DWAYNE is, because i cant read his last name..

don't brush so much. brush lightly. use as little brushes as possible. use gradients, lighting etc...
