10-14 makes it a 50-win season.

15-9 is 55 wins.

To win 4 of 5 games without LA is pretty dammed impressive.

I'm completely surprised about it. Let alone not having LMA, but also now Freeland/Robinson/Leonard. Did the Nets hang out in Vegas for their two off-days on the road?

They hung out on Burnside at Mary's probably.

How's this for a perceived take?

You pathetic bunch of homers don't even realize that we may not even finish the season at .500.

Love,
mixum

I also know that the goal is much higher, but anytime the Blazers get 41 wins, it's a milestone that I celebrate, considering the last 11 years. Hopefully that happens on Saturday!

Good take. We should party a bit when we hit 42.

Next three are Denver/LAL/Atlanta all at home. Is 43-18 the expectation?

Told you all they would get their act together after all star break. Lookie there. We have a bench after all. Way to go Blazers

And if I had to bet money, the groin injury was an excuse to rest LA and to build what we are seizing today on the court. Brilliance.

Really not that bad of a schedule. 55 wins looks possible.

I may not go that far, but it certainly has allowed the team to gel outside of relying on LMA. Tonight's effort by the bench was simply once a season, though. The Nets aren't a good team, and didn't start their "run" until their schedule got heavy on teams from the Least.

This is going to be brutal. 2-3 on this trip is a win if the Blazers can win at least 2 out of the next 3 games at home.

I think if we were facing tougher opponents he'd have rested less or not at all. I'm glad we were a bit clever and got him legit rest during an easier stretch.

Look at the strength of schedule during the period they decide to sit him.

They need to find a fictitious injury for D.

Mo can hold fort down for five games.

Dame has that Iron Man thing going, so I think you'd have to literally tie him up at home to keep him from playing. :)

Having 2 five game roadtrips left isn't cool. 50 wins is certainly in reach. 55 will be a challenge.

If we win the championship, every one of our players will have earned the ring. Thanks for saving our season, Victor.

I can dig it. TRob, Claver, and Thrill all had a big hand in keeping the hope alive.

The second 5-game trip isn't nearly as tough as the first. This team is 18-11 on the road, which is damn solid.

Absolutely. I feel great for Victor, who must have been wondering how quickly he can get back to the Spanish league. He may still be, but he's a decent role player in the Stotts' scheme.
