<{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>They have this documentary called Suicide Bombers, or something like that. I don't know if it's new, or old, but it goes into the life of suicide bombers and tells about what they think. I watched it the other day, and if you or anyone else gets a chance you should watch the documentary, it's a good one. In it, it's the extreme minority of Muslims, that are these extremists and think that blowing themselves up is going to cause them to go to paradise. They majority of Muslims world wide doesn't agree with this way of thinking, and are good honost people. Pretty much this minority thinks that the Quran is telling them, that they need to try to turn the world Muslim, and if people are not Muslim they need to blow it up. They are often raised to think this way, from poor backgrounds, and really just don't know any better. They think that the Quran tells them if they become martyrs for Islam, by blowing people up including themselves, that they will become saved and go to Paradise. Paradise is pretty much heavan, that 70 members of their family will be saved by this act, and the men will get 72 virgins in paradise. That is just how they are raised, and what they are brainwashed into thinking. Again though, that is the extreme minority of Muslims, most Muslim followers world wide do not believe this at all nor do they follow that way of thinking. Having been to a few different Middle Eastern countries, I know that a majority of Muslims world wide, are good, honost, hardworking people.</div>I not sure If I saw the same one, but I also saw a documentery about martyrs, around 2002(think it was on HBO), but its the reason I became very intrested in Islam and studied what I could about it. I used to think(like alotve people still do) that all muslims believe in this, but Ive learned, like you said, its a minority of muslims. Unfortunely, it seems these type of Muslims have the most power despite them being a smaller population. For many people who dont know, the Quran is extremely similiar to the Bible and Torah. Except for some changes(liekl the Isaac/Ishmael thing) and different order of books(which is like that in all three different mono-texts), people would be suprised how similiar it is. Of course, the Quran has Mohammed being the last prophet, and Jesus being only a prophet, not the messiah. Many people dont realize that in the past theres been Christians who died and killed in the name of God(of course they were never as big as the muslim extremists are now).
